Terms of service
Legal counsel and the card provider must replace and approve this document before production launch.
About the service
Tezopay provides accounts, managed USDC deposit wallets, payment balances, and card requests. Live card issuance depends on a configured issuer and confirmation of a paid request. No payment network or issuer relationship is implied.
Eligibility and card services
Live card issuance, verification, authorized regions, merchant restrictions, limits, and fees must be defined by an actual card provider and its program rules. Administrative approval must follow actual provider verification.
Your wallet and transactions
Your connected login wallet remains under your control. Tezopay creates a separate custodial USDC deposit wallet and stores its private key encrypted on the server. Payment balance, held requests, and each card balance are distinct. The full reviewed card price is held when you submit a request. The Express Card prepaid package costs 30.99 USDC: $24 opening card balance and a 6.99 USDC issuance fee, recorded after administrator-confirmed issuance. It is supplied manually with Apple Pay, Google Pay, and no document upload for the request, subject to card program rules. Declined requests are refunded in full before any issuer attempt; an uncertain issuer result requires reconciliation before a refund. Card top-ups carry a 2.5% fee added to the requested card credit, rounded up to the smallest USDC unit. For example, a 100 USDC card top-up holds 102.50 USDC from the payment balance. The amount and fee are returned if the top-up is declined. Top-ups, card activation, and controls require provider confirmation.
Before launch
Counsel and the card issuer must finalize contracting entities, licenses, fees, eligible countries, consumer protections, refunds, disputes, suspension, termination, liability, complaint handling, governing law, and contact details before any live service is offered.
