Risk disclosure
Legal counsel and the card provider must replace and approve this document before production launch.
Digital assets and networks
Stablecoins can lose their intended value or become unavailable. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Network outages, wallet compromise, address errors, smart contract defects, or provider interruptions can cause loss or delay.
Funding and card balances
A funding transfer can be final onchain while the card provider is still reconciling it. Do not resend a transfer because credit is delayed. Onchain failures may still incur network fees. Card balances depend on the provider’s ledger and terms.
Availability and restrictions
A live program may restrict regions, merchants, categories, amounts, or users. Identity and sanctions screening may be required. A provider can suspend or terminate a card under its terms. Worldwide availability is not promised.
Token utility
Proposed token utilities are subject to configuration and final program rules. This product does not promise appreciation, returns, cashback, or yield. Token ownership does not override compliance or card eligibility requirements.
Before launch
Legal counsel and the card program must review these risks and supply complete jurisdiction-specific disclosures. These placeholders do not provide legal, financial, or tax advice.
