Which card should I choose?

Choose the Virtual Card for flexible funding from your Tezopay balance. Choose the Express Card for a fixed 30.99 USDC purchase that includes a $24 starting balance and Apple Pay / Google Pay support. Both cards become available after your request is confirmed.

How do I fund my card?

Deposit USDC on Arc into your dedicated funding wallet, then move funds from your Tezopay balance to your card. Your card balance updates once the top-up is confirmed. Deposit availability is shown in the app.

What does each card cost?

Virtual Card issuance is currently 10 USDC; review the current quote in the app. Express Card costs 30.99 USDC: $24 starting balance plus a 6.99 USDC issuance fee. Card top-ups carry a 2.5% fee: adding 100 USDC to your card uses 102.50 USDC from your Tezopay balance. Network fees apply separately to onchain transfers. Additional card-network charges may apply under your card program's terms.

Do I need to upload identity documents?

The Express Card request does not require document upload. Certain card programs may be available without full identity verification, subject to issuer rules, limits, and jurisdiction.

Who controls my wallet?

Your connected wallet remains self-custodied. Tezopay manages a separate secured wallet for card funding and settlement. Your Tezopay balance and your card balance are shown separately.

Can I use Apple Pay or Google Pay?

Express Card supports both. Once your card is issued, add its details to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and complete any activation steps. Availability depends on your device, region, and card program.

Where can I use my card?

Use your card at supported merchants, subject to the card program's country, merchant, and spending limits. Review those terms before requesting a card.

What if my deposit or top-up is pending?

Track its status in your dashboard before sending again. A confirmed deposit adds to your Tezopay balance; a confirmed top-up adds to your card balance. Contact support from the app if you need help.
